Refund Policy

1. Professional Services
NST Finance (a division of NST Media FZC) provides professional accounting and consultancy services. Due to the nature of these services, which involve professional time and expertise, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
2. Monthly Bookkeeping Plans
Our monthly bookkeeping plans are flexible. You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for the current billing month or for months where services have already been rendered.
3. One-Time Projects
For one-time projects (e.g., Corporate Tax registration, Cloud Setup, Backlog cleanup), a deposit may be required. This deposit is non-refundable once the project has started.
4. Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us immediately at finance@nstmedia.net. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to rectify any errors or omissions in our deliverables.
5. Statutory Fines
NST Finance is not responsible for refunding fees in the event that the client incurs statutory fines or penalties from the FTA or other authorities, unless such fines were directly caused by a proven error on our part.
